Reservation Policy


We understand that circumstances beyond your control may require that you cancel your visit to the Historic Patterson Inn.  As we ar a small property, it is sometimes difficult for us to rebook a room on short notice.  For that reason, we have the following policy regarding cancellations.

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, we must receive notice no later than 7 days prior to your date of arrival. If your reservation falls on a holiday, we must receive notice 14 days prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations given prior to 7 or 14 days will have the deposit refunded minus a $40 (per room) administrative fee. Cancellations or changes received within 7 or 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit and will be liable for the entire amount of the original reservation unless we are able to re-book your room.

Please note: Early departures will be charged per the original reservation.

We STRONGLY advise our guests to secure trip cancellation insurance to protect against Acts of God or any other unanticipated circumstances/interruptions.  This coverage is offered by Allianz Global Assistance.  We have put a link to their site for your convenience at the top, just click on the picture.

Pet Policy:

We know how important your pets are to you.  They are like children, and leaving them at home can be difficult.  Here at the Historic Patterson Inn we are not set up to accommondate them, however we would be more then happy to recommend a local boarding facility with in and out privileges.  For your convenience the picture above will direct you to a highly recommended boarding/daycare.
