Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances beyond your control may require that you cancel your visit to the Historic Patterson Inn.  As we ar a small property, it is sometimes difficult for us to rebook a room on short notice.  For that reason, we have the following policy regarding cancellations.

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, we must receive notice no later than 7 days prior to your date of arrival. If your reservation falls on a holiday, we must receive notice 14 days prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations given prior to 7 or 14 days will have the deposit refunded minus a $40 (per room) administrative fee. Cancellations or changes received within 7 or 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit and will be liable for the entire amount of the original reservation unless we are able to re-book your room.

Please note: Early departures will be charged per the original reservation.
We STRONGLY advise our guests to secure trip cancellation insurance to protect against Acts of God or any other unanticipated circumstances/interruptions.  This coverage is offered by Allianz Global Assistance.  We have put a link to their site for your convenience at the top, just click on the picture.
