Reservation Policy


• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.
• A one night deposit is taken with your reservation. Balance is due on arrival.
• We are a non-smoking property - including smoking of marijuana.
• Check-in time is anytime between 4 and 6 PM. Arrivals after 6PM must make prior arrangements so that we may accommodate you. Check-out time is 11AM.
• The Patterson is designed and operated for all seeking a tranquil atmosphere. Families are welcome. We love animals but cannot accommodate them, please do not bring them for your stay.
• Maximum of two people per room with the exception of the Cheshire. Additional guests in Cheshire are $25 per person per night.

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, we must receive notice no later than 7 days prior to your date of arrival. If your reservation falls on a holiday, we must receive notice 14 days prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations given prior to 7 or 14 days will have the deposit refunded minus a $40 (per room) administrative fee. Cancellations or changes received within 7 or 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit and will be liable for the entire amount of the original reservation unless we are able to re-book your room.

Please note: Early departures will be charged per the original reservation.
