Hi and welcome! We look forward to meeting you. Here you can find out answers to many asked questions we have had. We hope this will help you plan your stay.
Q: Do you provide parking?
A: Yes we do provide parking, but it is limited. We have three available spaces in front of our inn, these are on a first come first serve basis. We also do have four extra spaces that are located in a lot one block away on 11th and Grant. With those we will provide you a parking pass that you will have to put on your dash. The rest of the parking is on street, just be aware of the parking signs.
Q: What happens if I can't make it between the check-in time of 4:00-6:15pm?
A: Do not worry! If you can not make it between our check-in time please let us know and our innkeepers will call you as well as e-mail you our door code so you can access the inn. When you arrive just punch in the 4 digit door code into the pad and enter. Upon entering on your left will be a little stand, on that stand will be an envelope with your name. Inside will be instructions on how to get to your room along with your room key and information on breakfast and check-out time.
Q: What if we want to have a drink when we arrive?
A: Excellent question. We do have a full bar available to you all day. All our innkeepers are certified to pour drinks so just let one of them know what you desire and they will be more then happy to make it for you. Additionally we have a complimentary wine hour in our pub for our regesterd guests from 5:00-6:00pm.
Q: Do we accomodate special diets?
A: Yes we do. When making your reservation please put in notes that you have a restriction or special request and we will do our very best to accomodate it. If you have a strict restriction please give us as much information as you can on what you can or can not eat, this will help us prepare for your meal the next day.
Q: Do you provide free wi-fi?
A: We do offer free wi-fi to our registered guests. When you arrive you will be given the passcode to access it.
Q: Do you provide any other meals other then breakfast?
A: Unfortunatley we do not offer any other meals then breakfast. However we are within walking distance of many nice little restaurants, coffe shops and bars. We also have a whole foods located 3 blocks down from us.
Q: What if I have to leave early in the morning and am not able to partake in the breakfast?
A: No problem. Just let us know the night before that you will not be able to join us for breakfast and we will be more then happy to make you a to-go bag. The bag will include fruit, yogurt and a pastrie of some sort with a nice warm cup of coffee to get you going in the morning.
Q: Do I have to eat breakfast at a certain time?
A: No, we have a 2 hour window for breakfast. On the weekedays it is from 7:30-9:30am and on weekends it is from 8:00-10:00am. We do not offer breakfast in bed, but you can make yourself a tray from our abundent buffet and take it up to your room.
Q: Do you have ice and hot water for tea available 24/7?
A: Yes there are ice dispensers on each floor that are available to you 24/7. There are also hot and cold water dispensers on each floor for your convenience.
Q: I am here for a convention, am I able to walk to the convention center from your inn?
A: Yes you sure can. It is about a 20-25 min walk down to the convention center. You can always take the free shuttle that will take you right there from downtown. If you would prefer (when its very cold out) it is only about a 5-10 minute cab ride and will cost about $5.
Q: Do you provide laundry service?
A: No we do not provide laundry service to guests, but there is a laundry mat a couple blocks up from the inn that you could walk to.
Q: Do you provide hair dryers in the rooms?
A: Yes, each room is equipped with a hair dryer. It will be located in either a drawer or cupboard in your bathroom.
